Archipelago: Island Survival

Archipelago is a unique survival simulator with sandbox, trading, and RPG elements set in a medieval fantasy world.

Your ship crashes, and you find yourself on one of the Archipelago's islands. Gather the first resources to craft stone weapons, tools, and a simple raft. Then the entire Archipelago opens up before you. Head north to find new resources, uncover the mystery of the Archipelago, and return home.

Gathering and Crafting

The game features a wide variety of resources. Some need to be gathered with tools (pickaxe, axe), while others can be looted from defeated enemies. Use them to craft useful items or sell them to traders. There are over 500 different items and resources in the game.

Progressive Development

At the start, only basic resources are available. The islands are home to weak enemies and friendly natives. The further north you travel, the more rare resources you will find. However, the enemies will also be stronger. The balanced system ensures that the game remains engaging throughout. There will always be an opponent who can challenge you.

Base Building

On each new island, you'll build a base. There are more than 60 structures available for crafting, defense, resource gathering, and comfort. Fortify and defend your base against waves of enemies that will attack during storms.

Character Progression

For defeating enemies, gathering resources, crafting items, and other actions, you gain experience and levels. You can develop your character's main attributes (health, stamina, etc.) and improve weapon skills. There are 11 weapon categories, each with its own attacks. The game includes both melee and ranged weapons, as well as magic.

Archipelago Factions

On the Archipelago, you will encounter 17 factions. Some are hostile, while others are neutral. You can improve your reputation with them by completing quests, which will lower prices in their shops.

Trading

This is one of the key elements of the game, alongside gathering and combat. Some resources cannot be gathered or crafted, and can only be purchased. Sell excess resources or crafted items to traders and buy what you need from them.

Dungeons and Mazes

On nearly every island, you will find entrances to caves, enemy buildings, or mazes. These are separate locations with their own features. Clear the dungeons to earn valuable loot and stop enemy spawns on the island's surface. There are over 40 dungeon and maze models in the game.

User-Friendly Interface

Survival games often feature numerous mechanics that can be difficult for beginners to understand. That's why we've added hints at various stages of the game. At the start, you can go through a tutorial to learn the basics. Then, as you progress, the game will provide helpful tips. We've also added videos for greater clarity. A comprehensive Wiki is available from the main menu. Even those who have never played a survival simulator will be able to understand the game.
