Flexible track

Track building in Constracktion is not based on predefined pieces. You're free to steer the track laying train in any direction to create arbitrary junctions and crossings.

Deformable terrain

Dig your way through sand and rock, using the stored dirt to build embankments over holes. Smart management of dirt balance is key to reaching locations higher up and building an efficient track network with manageable grades.

Six maps

From pine mountains to mesas and canyons, six increasingly larger and complex maps challenge your planning and terrain reading skills.

48 Achievements

Eight achievements per map, many of which cannot be unlocked at the same time, encourage replaying each map in a different style to overcome unique challenges and constraints.

Three locomotives

Upgrade the speed and efficiency of your construction train by purchasing additional vehicles like dirt cars, track cars, track laying units and locomotives of various speeds.

AI-trains

You're not alone! As you connect industries, AI-trains start running on the tracks, revealing weaknesses in your network: Sharp curves may cause derailments unless marked with speed limit signs. Steep grades may cause heavy trains to get stuck, requiring assistance.

Traffic optimization

Install signals for higher running speeds. Push stalled trains and operate switches manually to save precious seconds. Take control of trains and drive yourself when the AI can't meet its deadline. Fast flow of traffic is the ultimate goal!
