What this game is, in the developer's words
FaceRig Studio with Live2D enabled hand-drawn avatars that move and behave as if they were 3D while keeping all the aspects that make hand-drawn 2D avatars special.
FaceRig is now retired, new customers can check out
FaceRig was a program enabling anyone with a webcam to digitally embody awesome characters. It was meant to be an open creation platform so everybody could make their own characters, backgrounds or props and import them into FaceRig.
