What this game is, in the developer's words
Hace cinco años Carl Johnson huyó de los rigores de vivir en LS, San Andreas... una ciudad asolada por las bandas, las drogas y la corrupción, en la que las estrellas de cine y los millonarios hacen lo posible por evitar a los traficantes y a los pandilleros. Corren los 90 y Carl debe regresar.
Corren los 90 y Carl debe regresar. Su madre fue asesinada, su familia está destrozada y sus amigos de la infancia están al borde del abismo.
