Guitar Fretter

Guitar Fretter is an action puzzle game and playful practice tool all about making a game of memorizing the note positions on a 4 or 5 string bass or 6 or 7 string guitar. For both guitarists and guitar-curious folk.

Game play: first choose your guitar setup, custom tuning if you wish, and level of challenge. Then mysterious creatures show up ready to take your energy if you miss a match. Match the notes, score health and points. Find note patterns and hints. Along the way learn patterns of notes on the guitar fretboard. And get little bits of story and encouragement between levels.

Story: Pick and Crunchy are walking home from their band practice space when suddenly swirling portals open midair all around them. Mysterious creatures emerge, hungry to take energy from any musicians they can find. The only way to escape is to send them back by matching the notes they carry.
