About the Game
Lingering Shadow is a psychological horror puzzle game set in a dreamy early-2000s small town.
You are Lanlan.
One ordinary afternoon, you walk home from school.
You pass Aunt Chen’s convenience store,
the stray dog in the alley,
and children laughing and playing on the street.
Everything looks the same.
So why does it feel… off?
The streets stretch a little longer than they should.
The air feels heavier than you remember.
Some sounds don’t belong here.
In this town that grows stranger by the minute,
you must search for someone.
But more importantly—
you must search for the truth you tried to forget.
Warm memories flicker like low-resolution footage on a dusty camcorder.
