You can also steal cars from the export list and deliver them to the scrapyard to earn money and XP, adding optional challenges to your sandbox experience.

Properties and Lifestyle

Purchase and manage multiple houses, and sell properties you no longer want to adapt your lifestyle and finances. Owning homes allows you to organize your belongings and plan your activities throughout the world.

Businesses and Economy

Own and manage businesses to generate income over time. As the owner of a recording studio, you can highlight your artist to perform in your nightclub and listen to their music play. You can create nightclubs of any style, such as rap, rock, techno, or other genres. Pizzerias unlock delivery missions for extra income. Restore health by eating at restaurants or vending machines, integrating everyday-life systems into the sandbox.

Missions and Crime

Engage in optional “heist-style” activities by robbing houses at night and selling stolen items at the pawnshop the next day. Use the pawnshop’s van to steal warehouses and deliver goods for profit. These activities add a risk-reward element while keeping the experience casual and player-driven.
