What seemed like an easy coin leads a small detachment of mercenaries and their employer to a barony lost in the woods, afflicted by a strange disease. The prologue to Plague Lords will introduce you to the basics of the game and take control of a small squad of trained soldiers.
The thirst for easy gain leads a small mercenary squad and their employer to a lost barony in the forest, plagued by a mysterious illness. It may be a new kind of the Black Death that has spread throughout medieval Europe or the machinations of local witches. A cunning dealer tries to exploit the tragedy for personal gain and traps the mercenaries in a dangerous game.
The prelude to the Plague Lords game will introduce you to the core mechanics and set the stage for the adventures that await you in Plague Lords.
