Your life, for lack of a better word… sucks. So, when “Daddy,” a seductive and enigmatic vampire offers you a new life filled with power and purpose, how could you refuse? 

You accept what he calls “the sweetest kiss of all,” and become not just a vampire, but an Augur, the psychic dispatcher for his house of undead spies.

With these new powers, your fate is now in your own hands. Your choices determine the destiny of your house. Will you remain loyal to Daddy, or defy him by carving out your own path, no matter the consequences?

As the Augur, your agents are an extension of you. You feel what they feel as they prowl the tunnels of the U-Bahn and claim new stations to add to your psychic network. As the player, you see it as a mind-map of 80s Berlin, sprinkled with 'Opportunities' at each node, such as clues to investigate, secrets to uncover, and people to meet (or devour).

Confront the Wheel of Fate, a skillcheck system tied to 6 unique character skills. Choose the right agent for each Opportunity, based on their skills and relationships.

With Daddy preoccupied with more important and mysterious matters, the Augur is left to care for your agents’ resources. Manage their energy, money, and blood supply, all without risking exposure to the outside world. 

Gain the trust of the city’s factions to improve your reputation and unlock vampiric buffs and boons.

Each vampire in the house has their own story to tell, brought to (un)life with captivating voice acting, and alluring Live2D motion-capture animation.

Deepen your bonds with your agents by joining them on personal missions, where you’ll learn about their individual pasts and struggles. Your choices will help them resolve their stories, level up their skills, and guide them to their ultimate destinies.

Meet the Cast

• Linh: A thrill-seeking immigrant from Vietnam whose appetite for violence is only rivaled by the depth of her trauma. 

• Sasha: Like the flirty and sly alleycat he is, Sasha knows how to wriggle his way through the backstreets of Berlin. And into Daddy's lap as his favourite pet.

• Zita: Already weary of the afterlife, Zita yearns for the glitz of her glamourous past—before the world became… this.

Wispfire is a small independent game studio run by three designers with a background in interactive theatre. As a specialized team in storytelling we produce engaging experiences with a message, using a vibrant hand-painted art style.
