Sanator: Elmo's Legacy is a branching visual novel that follows the adventures of a certain plague doctor. What secrets do the Ailur people hold, and who St. Elmo really was? Venture into the heart of the frozen Taiga and find the answers.

This story takes place after "The Scarlet Scarf", and we follow Richard as he goes on an expedition to lake Tanaer. Ailur, ancient artifacts, and a conspiracy inside the Brotherhood—all of that awaits you in the game slated for release no earlier than 2023.

Your first recollection is a flock of crows looking down at you. You were nurtured within the walls of Kerneberg, to serve as a healer of plagues. With Tentaria as your mother and Elm as your father, all good people from the frozen taiga to the shining Milky Mountains will call you Brother.
