The rules are simple.  Mouse cars are small and slow.  Cat cars are big and fast.  The team whose mouse car passes the finish line first is the winner. 

Each team has one mouse and at least one cat.  Cats do everything they can to keep the competitors' mouse cars from getting the lead.
