Teenage Wasteland

Summer vacation has only just begun, and the town of Northsouth has descended into chaos! The nerds and goths are at war with the jocks and bullies, the LARPers are running around with capes and foam bats, the dropouts are tagging whatever they can, and the outcasts... Well, the outcasts just want to be left alone.

You play as the "drifter": a new teen in town with the ability to fit in with ANY clique - through your actions, you will decide the fate of Northsouth, and EVERY teen within it!

Numbers and stats are for nerds! Teenage Wasteland is built around its robust "Trait" system, sporting over 60 unlockable traits that affect gameplay, dialogue, and choices!

Every single trait is a character - they have opinions, and will often commentate on any given situation you may find yourself in. They even have relationships with one another, so be careful what traits you decide to recruit! Some may not get along...

• Five companions that feel alive! Frank, May, Mickey, Demonica and Audrey are some of the most fleshed-out followers in indie RPG HISTORY! They react differently to everything you do, have thousands of lines of dialogue, can change the outcome of quests, and they each have their own questline!

• Every NPC is a character - there are no repeated lines of dialogue between NPCs in the entire game - every teen has something unique to say or do, and almost every object has a description or event tied to it. Click everyone and everything!
  

• Be the teen YOU want to be! Do you wanna be a meathead jock? A snidey nerd? A sadistic jerk? A rebellious anarchist? An eccentric freak who licks walls and eats sand? In TW, you can be any of these things! Or, none of them! Or, all of them!!
