Relive historic traction and continue the nostalgic adventure with two additional variants of TSG’s iconic ‘Krokodil’ locomotive. Take E94 088 on modern railtours throughout Germany or head back to 1980s Linke Rheinstrecke in the DRG BR 194.

The unique ‘Krokodil’ – known for its distinctive shape and old-school driving style – first began service in the 1940s. This pack features both the German DRG BR 194 version of the locomotive from the 1980s and the E94 in the form of the individual number 088, which runs railtours to this day. E94 088 differs from the 1980s BR 194 by being closer in style to the ÖBB 1020.

In Train Sim World®, wind the clock back on Linke Rheinstrecke with a new 1984 timetable which unlocks with this Add-on, featuring the BR 194 on freight services. Additional traffic from Mittenwaldbahn and Niddertalbahn Add-ons (available separately) make for a truly retro experience with trains and rolling stock from the wider TSG stable.

Alternatively, run railtours through modern Germany on Pfälzische Ludwigsbahn with E94 088, preserved by Elektrische Zugförderung Württemberg. With every purchase of the E94, a portion of proceeds go toward the continued upkeep and preservation of 088.

Different styles of cab layout, new rolling stock in the Byg 516 Umbauwagen & Gbs freight wagon and new Scenarios to play out on both routes bring totally different driving experiences to the ‘Krokodil’, representing changes that German railways have seen over many decades.

Use Free Roam and Formation Designer to embark on railtours across Germany, both with the E94 itself and hauling classic coaches with your own collection of locomotives.
