Trainz 2019 DLC - LMS/NSR Wagon Pack 1

North Staffordshire wagon pack 1.

This pack contains 9 different types of wagons in both London Midland Scottish liveries and North Staffordshire liveries. The wagons include animated doors, handbrakes, loads, clean and weathered texture variants plus toggleable tarpaulins.

The NSR (North Staffordshire Railway) formed in 1845 and lasting till 1923 where it was amalgamated into the LMS (London Midland and Scottish railway) in the grouping act. The railway had lines running through the Staffordshire Potteries, Shropshire and Derbyshire, with the railways headquarters being based in Stoke on Trent. The NSR was also referred to by the local community and workers as the Knotty.

The NSR had thousands of wagons it used to provide for the thriving potteries industry and other businesses along the railway, in this wagons were purchased from outside contractors like Ashbury works as well as built in-house at the knotty own workshops in Stoke on Trent.

In LMS service knotty wagons were repainted and used across the entire LMS network with a few surviving to British Rail days, however none have made it into preservation.

Wagons included: 1 plank, 2 plank 3 plank, loco coal 3 plank, loco coal 5 plank, 6 plank, 7 plank, 15t wood/rail wagon and 20t brake van.
