Transmorphosis is a single-player horror and point-and-click puzzle game. You arrive as a doctor at a remote mental hospital where no sane person has been able to stay for long. Can you use your willpower and patience to heal the patients?

You have been assigned to this abandoned mental hospital by fate. This hospital has gone through very bad times, and your duty is to treat its highly challenging patients. But be careful, your sanity is at risk…
