Cover The Background

This game features over 100 levels with a wide range of mechanics and difficult puzzles. The levels start easier but they increase in difficulty as you get to higher levels.

How to play:

Pick up pieces and rotate them to fit them onto the background. Each level only has a limited number of pieces so you need to be careful. Nearly every level has multiple solutions, so if you don't have to worry about brute forcing for a solution.

Each level is made up of black squares which is what you need to cover to win.

There are also special squares that either hinder or help you solve the puzzle.

Special squares:

Red squares: Red squares stop you from placing a piece if any of your pieces squares are on it.

Deletion squares: Deletion squares delete the square of the piece placed on top of the deletion squares.

Pressure plates: Pressure plates hide certain squares that cover the background. You need to place a piece on top to activate it.

Some pieces may be different than others. Locked Pieces will appear in later levels.

Locked Pieces: Just as the name implies, some pieces you will be locked and you cannot rotate them. While this can be helpful since you know it starts in its final rotation. It can be pretty frustrating when the last piece would fit perfectly, if only you could rotate it.

Play Time:

Since different players will find different levels easier/harder it is hard to judge how long it will take any one player to complete the game. Play testing has shown the whole game done in only ~5 hours. Where other play tests took over an hour per level on some of  the harder levels.
