Run the Shop Yourself

Customers arrive at your store and line up at the counter with different kinds of requests. Some know the exact strain they want. Others may ask for a specific type, like Sativa, Indica, or Hybrid. They also want an exact weight, so close enough is not good enough.

Grab product from your jars, place it on the scale, bag it up, and sell it at the register. If the strain, type, or weight is wrong, the sale will not go through.

Order, Deliver, Stock, Sell

Use your shop laptop to order fresh product from the wholesale market. After a short delivery time, pallets appear outside your shop loaded with jars.

Carry the jars inside, place them on your shelves, and organize your store however you like. Your shop is physical and hands-on: jars, shelves, pallets, dropped items, the scale, and even what you are carrying are all part of the management loop.
