Shaanxi Province, known as the "Land of Qin," boasts a cultural heritage that has thrived through thirteen dynasties.

Its official English name, "Shaanxi," is derived from the local dialect's pronunciation, where the character "陕" (Shǎn) is pronounced with a fourth tone. To reflect this unique phonetic character, the spelling "Shannxi" is used, emphasizing the distinct intonation of the region.

The provincial capital, Xi'an, is a city where ancient charm meets youthful vitality. Home to numerous universities and a vibrant student population, Xi'an is a historical capital that seamlessly blends its millennia-old heritage with the energy of modern youth. The people of Shaanxi, embody the rich and diverse facets of life here, where the weight of history coexists with the fervor of new beginnings.

【About : Shannxi Love Story】

Shannxi Love Story is a visual novel-style game set against the backdrop of university life in Shaanxi, infused with local cultural flavors. After completing a year at a prestigious university in Xi'an, an unexpected event disrupts the protagonist's routine-driven life.

Amid the tranquil summer, under the shade of green phoenix trees, the story unfolds through themes of academic research, savoring paomo (a traditional Shaanxi dish), visits to the iconic Giant Wild Goose Pagoda, and the joys of video games. Over the course of this summer, the protagonist teams up with the mysterious campus idol "Xiao Xi" and four classmates, each with their own unique personalities and aspirations. Together, they explore the youthful spirit of Xi'an and discover the myriad possibilities life has to offer.
