Sell drugs to real strangers. Every inmate is a real player. But you have to convince them to buy. And they can snitch. And start cafeteria fist fights. Play alone or with friends and sell to strangers. Proximity voice chat. And yes, the cops are real players too.

Proximity voice chat.
Play alone or with friends, in public servers with strangers.
Grow weed in your prison cell (because that's what inmates do, obviously)
Sell weed to other inmates, but you have to convince them to buy and that it's good product (even if it's not).
Buy weed from other inmates (but only if their product is good, or so they say...)
And yes, you can be a cop too and catch inmates mid-drug-transaction.
