Alchimist – Secret of the Worlds combines classic RPG gameplay with immersive story and innovative crafting: Brew potions, forge bombs, create deadly gases, and enhance your weapons with magical crystals.

As young alchemist Lina, you explore the mystical Aethendor – an open world without quest markers, where NPCs and ancient writings guide you to hidden locations. Master melee combat, ranged combat, and six schools of magic. Face mighty bosses and dozens of different creature types. Develop your character to level 60 with an extensive skill system – become a berserker alchemist, dark necromancer, or ghostly marksman.

The Story of the Guardians

After decades of silence, an ancient threat stirs once more – forgotten shadows rise, relics of ancient power awaken to new life. Amidst this calamity, you step into the role of Lina, a young alchemist wandering the realm in search of truth and peace.

Your adventure begins when Lina awakens in a stranger's hut after an ambush. Weakened by poison, she seeks healing and soon stumbles upon secrets that reach far beyond her own destiny. Through dialogues, writings, and hidden clues, new locations and quests reveal themselves. Your journey is marked by moving stories, deep alchemy & exploration, and challenging battles – a path that will shape your destiny in Aethendor uniquely and unforgettably.

Your adventure begins when Lina's journey home is interrupted. After a treacherous ambush, she awakens poisoned in the hut of a stranger who rescued her. Use your alchemy knowledge to gather the necessary ingredients and craft an antidote. Through conversations with the stranger and exploration of the surroundings, you'll find replacements for the stolen teleport runes to soon continue your journey home.

But returning home is only the beginning of a much greater threat. Through dialogues, ancient writings, and hidden clues, new locations and quests reveal themselves. Your journey is marked by moving stories, deep alchemy & exploration, and challenging combat – a path that will shape your destiny in Aethendor uniquely and unforgettably.

The Mystical Realm of Aethendor

The realm of Aethendor spreads before you – filled with secrets, ancient legends, and undiscovered places. Instead of countless markers, the world itself guides you through conversations, clues, and signs along your path. In some places, people may draw locations on your map to guide you on new journeys.

The rune teleport system replaces fast travel: Each combination is unique per playthrough and must be discovered in ancient writings and books or inquired from the knowledgeable. Finding a teleporter before knowing the combination reveals it as an engraving, making it accessible at any time. Puzzles, ruins, and sprawling cave networks challenge your explorer's spirit. Beyond the mainland, hidden islands and mysterious dimensions await, offering new adventures to the brave.

In Alchimist, the map is deliberately not overloaded with markers:

• Explore villages, abandoned castles, deep green forests, and dark caves of bygone times – and discover their secrets through your own efforts.

• Find writings and items through descriptions and logical placement.

• Configure comfort functions in the settings according to your requirements!

The Art of Alchemy

Alchemy forms the heart of your path. More than 160 ingredients await your collection – from herbs and minerals to dangerous plants and parts of dark creatures that can only be harvested with tools.

Immersive Alchemy Processes:

Drying, distilling, grinding, or boiling – all serve the creation of:

• Healing, mana, skill potions, and salves

• Bombs and traps

• Poisons, gases, and acids

• Magical crystals, tinctures, and oils for weapons

In hidden laboratories, you'll find rare equipment and ancient recipes. In old writings, you'll find hints and riddles that slowly unveil the secret of the lost alchemists.

Crystals and tinctures can also be bound to your weapons, increasing their power. But take note: Alchemy is no simple craft – it is a living, three-dimensional practice that determines your survival.

The Medieval Arsenal

In combat, many paths are open to you: Swords, axes, halberds, and bows, as well as combat spells and thrown potions, are at your disposal.

Master the five known schools of magic – Fire, Water, Air, Earth, and Necromancy – and discover the secret sixth school of the Fallen! Use potions that burn, poison, envelop with gases, or corrode with acid to shape the battlefields to your advantage.

Enhance your weapons with elemental crystals that grant them unique powers (though only physical weapons can bear such). Set traps to wound your adversaries or temporarily bind them.

Lead epic battles against countless beings in Aethendor:

• 20 primeval bosses

• 200 elite creatures

• 600 standard enemies

• 400 large and 800 small creatures

...that will test your skill, tactics, and adaptability.

Development & Skills

Your character grows with every deed:

Rise to level 60 and distribute over 240 points among parameters, passive and active skills – but first, you should understand the fundamentals!

Forge your own path – whether as a berserker alchemist with fiery potions, a dark necromancer who summons the dead, or a ghostly marksman who fights from the shadows.

Your progress shapes not only your power but also how you experience Aethendor.

Development Roadmap

As this is currently a solo developer project, you can expect a step-by-step release with features added gradually.

Free Demo (Q2 2026):
