From street-level scammer to an untouchable criminal — forge fake identities, run shady businesses, and build an underground empire in a city that looks the other way.
You lost everything. So you became someone else.
A fake identity. A few suspicious businesses. And a city full of people who need things they can't ask for openly.
By day you run your shops. Smile at the inspector. Nothing to see here. By night you run everything else — robberies, organ deals, and operations the city pretends don't exist.

Pull real identity data from police databases using your phone. Build convincing fake IDs. Sell them to customers who can't ask questions. Quality, risk, and price are your problem.

Start with one shady storefront. Grow into a multi-business empire across the city. Every shop is a cover. The bigger you get, the harder it is to look clean.
