《裁決者》是款以極權島國為背景的冒險遊戲。遊戲中你將扮演調查局的副局長，並透過裁決案子替國家伸張正義。但在一次裁決中你意外地殺害了摯友「黃義雄」，使你首次對國家產生了疑惑。重重的危機，雨中，客廳等待著你的並不是虛無。而是屋外毫不知情的黃義雄獨生女「黃詠晴」......少女的笑容，開始了你的罪──
故事

亞洲的民主燈塔，奕奕著人權的光
你是主持國家正義的調查局副局長
