Augment Anthem is a 2D sci-fi metroidvania focused on exploration, combat, and ability-driven progression. Combine four Augment types to reshape how you fight, move, and traverse a vast interconnected world.

THE WORLD

Explore interconnected environments -from abandoned metro tunnels and war-torn ruins to flooded depths and corrupted machine nests. Every area hides upgrades, secrets, and lost data. Unlock new paths as your abilities grow.

Teleport using your Tether to anchor points. Deploy a Teleport Beacon and instantly warp to it. Each ability opens routes that were previously unreachable.

AUGMENT SYSTEM

Collect and equip powerful Augments -each containing an artificial entity with its own personality. Combine four types to modify your core abilities:

• Ascend - Defy gravity. Reach platforms and areas that would otherwise be impossible.

• Replicate - Split your capabilities across the battlefield. Deploy autonomous Beacon Robots, duplicate your drone, and evolve your weapon into a chaotic bullet-spawning system.

• Magnet - Manipulate force. Unleash seeking and chain-reacting projectiles, and traverse magnetic surfaces with ease.

• Amplify - Supercharge everything. Turn your basic gun into a devastating weapon and your drone into a relentless hunter.

Modify your gun, movement, tether, beacon and drone. Adapt your build to different combat and traversal challenges.

COMBAT

Fight biomechanical enemies shaped by corrupted superintelligence. Each encounter tests your build and reflexes. Discover hidden upgrades and lost data throughout the world.

REBUILD HAVEN

Return to Haven, the last survivor settlement. Upgrade and expand the human town with collected machine parts. Unlock new dialogue, story paths, and shape the future of humanity through your actions.
