Azmar Quest (Old School RPG)

Azmar Quest is a text-based, old-school RPG with turn-based battles, branching choices, and a lot of solo-dev personality. Choose your class: Warrior, Cleric, Witch, or Archer, follow a 20-hour story, make choices that can change the ending, and fight 100+ enemies. You can also play online PvP battles and co-op Dungeons.

Do you know that feeling when you start with just one basic attack, like in the old games, and slowly unlock new skills that actually make you stronger?

When finding an Armor just slightly better than the previous one, because it has +2 Stamina, feels like a real upgrade?

Well, if you're after games that give you every skill from the start and shower you with legendary loot right away, then Azmar Quest probably isn't for you.

But if you're not afraid to take on early enemies with just 1-2 abilities and no armor, and see real progress as you level up, then this may be exactly what you're looking for!

Gameplay

● Choose your class: Warrior, Cleric, Witch or Archer, each with their own strategy.

● Customize your build with class skills, armor, potions and upgrades.

● Follow Azmar's story in a text-based RPG adventure, make choices that matter with multiple endings, fight 100+ unique enemies in turn-based battles, and reach level 30!

The single-player story lasts around 20 hours.

Does the game have anything else to offer? Of course it does!

● Face new single-player quests and challenges every day, fight in the 2v2 Arena with your companion, or fight in 3v3 party-based battles in the Veiled Realm, and reach Mastery 100!

● Play online in Dungeons, 1v1 or 2v2 battles, or play rated battles, and reach rank 1000 in PvP!

Developer Notes

● The game is fully accessible for visually impaired users with screen readers such as NVDA. It has a separate accessible interface when you enable accessibility in-game.

● Azmar Quest was originally released on iOS and Android, and this PC version brings the full game experience to Steam.

● The game is currently available in English only. I may consider more languages in the future, but I can't promise anything yet.

● This is a one-person project made while working a full-time job. I'm constantly developing and improving it, but it takes time.
