About this game

What this game is, in the developer's words

Third-person supernatural action-adventure in a living Aztec mountain. Climb collapsing ruins, shift dimensions to fight reality-warped enemies, and navigate Loop Zones where environments reset. The deeper you go, the closer you come to what the Aztecs sealed away.

Reality shifts. Rooms reset. The mountain remembers.

Black Mountain of Tlaltecuhtli is a third-person supernatural action-adventure set inside a living Aztec mountain that rewrites reality around you.

You're a bounty hunter who tracked a target to the mountain and discovered a research bunker hidden in its core. What you found tore holes in reality. Now you can shift between dimensions at will. Fight hostile survivors and reality-warping entities, scavenge experimental weapons, and survive a mountain that watches, remembers, and punishes.

Dimension Shifting & Loop Zones

Scientists studying the mountain discovered pockets of time they called Loop Zones. Areas that reset, reconfigure, and overlap.

Paths you crossed an hour ago are suddenly different. Hallways rearrange themselves. Symbols you could swear were not there before begin to match the ones in your nightmares.

Switch dimensions during combat and exploration. Modern bunker corridors become ancient Aztec temple halls. Debris blocking your path? Shift to a reality where it never fell.

The mountain feels less like a place and more like something with a memory. Reality feels edited, and you're learning to edit back.

Combat & Exploration

Fight hostile survivors and reality-warped entities using cover-based gunplay, stealth, and vertical climbing.

Experimental weapons and prototype tech are scattered across both realities. Scavenge what you can.

Loop Zones can reset mid-fight, forcing you to adapt as the environment changes around you.

The deeper you go, the worse it gets.

What Lies Beneath

This bunker was not built here by accident. Long before the facility, the Aztecs carved chambers into this mountain to imprison something they feared enough to seal away forever.

Modern experiments weakened that prison. You made it worse. Now what the Aztecs feared is breaking free.
