Cal & Bomba

Cal & Bomba is an explosive programmatic puzzle game where you use your wits and your trusty wagon-cannon to annihilate your enemies! String together a sequence of actions then sit back and enjoy the fireworks.

Getting with the Program

Each level will present you with a set of Action-tiles that can be slotted into a sequence. The length of this sequence will vary from puzzle to puzzle, and play out from left to right. Actions include: Movement to navigate left and right, Potions to increase or decrease the power of your cannon, an arsenal of explosives and Utility actions like Wait and Loop.

Chain Reactions

Dealing with your enemies in the fewest amount of moves is paramount to success, but there's only so much room in a sequence. This is where the abilities of your enemies comes in to play. All the baddies have some sort of feature or quirk, you can use to take out multiple foes at once. Figure out which enemies to shoot and in what order, but be careful as each round some of the enemies move changing the field of battle!

An Eye to Behold

The gnome Cal and his wife, the troll Bomba are on a journey to take out the wicked Beholder. Their quest will take them across 3 worlds each with 24 levels and a boss fight. If you like a challenge you can try the Hard mode with a set of unique levels and harder Boss-fights, doubling the amount of puzzles. There's a quick prologue world as well to help players ease into the action.
