Cliff Kingdom

Premise

Cliff Kingdom lies within a cliff in the middle of the sea. Created by the old ones, long gone. A safe refuge signaled by the lighthouse on top. But the light is lost. The kingdom spiraling into chaos and greed by its inhabitants obsessed with finding the true source of the light.

You awake as Mothboy, born without his wings, last in a long line of lightkeepers summoned when something goes wrong, tasked with searching for the lost light in the depths of the kingdom.

Game features

• A deep underground cave-system in a cliff with many interconnected biomes, inhabited by animals, mutated monsters and machines from the past.

• Climb on walls and ceilings, and gain new movement abilities along your journey as you find your lost wings and take to the skies.

• Tight combat system with precision controller.

• Meet the locals of the cliff. Some who are fleeing from the terrors of the deep, and some who relish in what the stolen light has to offer. All inspired by the nordic fauna.

• Brave the darkness of the cliff with your trusted tool, the lantern.
  The lantern shines the way, helps you open locked paths, and can be equipped with passive and active abilities gathered along your journey.

• Experience an emotional and haunting soundtrack by Aleksander Waaktaar with inspiration from nordic roots.

• Map the world with your scrapbook containing notes, lore, a bestiary, maps and more. Collect scraps to learn the story of the many keepers that came before you.

• A beautiful world where everyone and everything is hand-drawn.
