A Silent Night in a Remote Mountain Hospital 

You were supposed to be leading a peaceful life as an inpatient there… or so you thought. When you awaken, the hospital is shrouded in an eerie atmosphere, with no trace of its once tranquil nature. 

As you try to leave your empty hospital room, strange phenomena begin to unfold one after another. Waiting for you in the depths of this twisted place are the "Mad Demons"—a doctor and nurses who have descended into madness. They smile seductively, attempting to ensnare you in their grasp...

Main Controls

"Run"

Run in cardinal directions with WASD (↑←↓→) and change your front direction with the mouse. The women will stop chasing after a certain period, so keep running at first.

"Crouch"

Hold the SHIFT key to crouch. This will narrow the detection range of the enemies and also recover damage. Crouch and hide in the shadows. Turn off your flashlight as it will be detected!

"Hide"

You can hide in closets inside the dungeon (long press left-click in front of them). 

"Throw"

Focus the center dot in the center on the screen and left-click to pick up objects like jars and throw them at the women to stun them.  Use the sound to your strategic advantage, as women will react to it. 

When Pushed Down

Mash the "W (↑)" button to break free! If you accumulate a certain amount of damage, it's game over.

After a game over, pressing "CountDown = C key" will start an ejaculation countdown, and pressing "VoicePlay = V key" will make the girl start talking dirty to you.

When in first-person view, you can zoom in and out with the mouse scroll.
