The mine is punishing, with dangers lurking around every corner. Some can be overcome, others must be avoided. What was once a safe path can turn deadly or be sealed off completely after a sudden earthquake.

Safe Haven

Establish camps around abandoned fire barrels for short-lived relief, but the fire must be kept alive. Sleep, recover, craft, store supplies and expand to improve your odds of survival and discovering a cure.

Explore the Depths

Descend into procedurally generated levels with handcrafted rooms and passageways. The deeper you go, the more hostile the environment becomes. Each biome introduces new dangers, challenges, mysteries and rewards.

Pack Smart

Begin with a small backpack, just enough for the essentials. Choose carefully when packing items to save space, as packed items are locked away until you return to camp. Find and attach expansions to grow your backpack capacity or unlock specialized compartments.

• Manage thirst, hunger, fatigue and strength. The storm lantern is required for light, but it is old and heavy.

• Explore procedurally generated levels with handcrafted rooms and passageways.

• Begin with minimal backpack space. Expand with upgrades and manage items through a unique pack/unpack system.
