A homing splash tower? Take it.

More effects on a single bullet? ...okay.

Homing AND multishot AND piercing AND bonus damage, all on the same shot? Oh, you sweet summer child — yes.

Then socket punchcards on top for even more effects. Then meta-upgrades across runs.
