Not an agent of justice? No problem! Play against your friends as the Chief Evil Overseer (CEO), strategically laying traps for the vexatious IRS agents, repairing damages, and hiring employees. View your capitalist realm from the top down perspective of your CCTV.

You may be filthy rich but your funds will eventually run out. You must be selective with your spending, as the agents possess the power to damage accumulated revenue.
