And this can all be done at home, using commonly available and low cost hardware.

Using laser dry fire with your real gun:
Laser: Mantis Dry Fire Laser Training System (for AR-15 style rifles), the Strikeman SIRT pistol, the DryFireMag, or a Strikeman Laser cartridge
