What Is Kanban?

Kanban is a visual workflow management system designed to help improve efficiency, organization and productivity. It originated in manufacturing but is widely used in software & game development, project management, and personal task organization.

The core idea is to visualize work using a board with columns representing different stages—like "To Do," "In Progress," and "Done." Tasks move across the board as they progress, helping manage workload, limit bottlenecks, and maintain a steady pace. Boards - (The Filing Cabinet of the System)

You can make a board for anything as shown here. The board hold the lanes and cards.

Lanes - (The Folders of the System)

You can make a lane for anything or for progress as shown here. The lanes hold the cards.

Cards - (The Documents of the System)

You can make a card for anything as shown here. The cards hold all of the information, due dates, Assigned Contacts, tags, extended text, checkbox tasks, attachments and comments.

Backup System - (For Storage or Sharing)

No proprietary system here, this just backs up the database and attachments into a normal .Zip file for you to store or to share with someone else. The Restore option takes the backup and puts you right back where you left of when you made the backup.

Extras

Mouse Jiggler

This is an optional extra included. It's designed to prevent other programs like MS Teams from auto putting you in 'Away From Keyboard' as your status just because you aren't typing or using the mouse. It does this by randomly moving your mouse a few pixels, with a delay between the next movement being as low as 1 Second or as high as 5 minutes,

Break - Idle Clicker Game

This is an optional extra included. It's easier to work hard if you can have a few minutes to relax and think, and what better way to do that than a mindless idle clicker battle. Yes, there is progression and an elemental damage system and a reward store to spend your gold, but there is no need to interreact with it, you can just watch or furiously click to victory!
