About this game

What this game is, in the developer's words

Last Planet is a solo sci-fi survival game: explore an abandoned mining base, manage scarce resources, avoid or confront hostile creatures, and uncover the truth to shut down a rogue alien AI before it’s too late.

Last Planet is a science fiction survival experience blending exploration, constant tension, and intense combat on a hostile planet overrun by an extraterrestrial threat.

You play as an isolated survivor sent to a distant world to investigate an abandoned base, uncover the origin of the invasion, and find a way to escape alive. Every area you explore deepens the mystery, and every encounter tests your ability to adapt.

The universe draws inspiration from the epic and mysterious scope of HALO and the oppressive atmosphere of Alien, while delivering dynamic action sequences reminiscent of Resident Evil. The goal is to create an immersive, intense, and believable experience where atmosphere plays a central role.

The experience is not punitive; it is built around progressive learning. Observing, understanding enemy behavior, managing resources, and adapting to the environment are the keys to survival. Every mistake becomes a lesson, and every confrontation strengthens your mastery.

Developed solo with passion, Last Planet offers a demanding yet fair adventure designed for players seeking a strong atmosphere, constant tension, and a sense of progression driven by growth rather than frustration.

SYNOPSIS

A forgotten planet. An irreversible mistake. One last chance.

In a distant future, humanity exploits the far reaches of the galaxy in search of vital resources. On Khelag-X61, an isolated mining planet, a deep drilling operation goes too far. By digging beyond the rock layers, the colonists awaken something that should have remained buried.

Ancient, aggressive creatures emerge from the depths. But that is not all: a massive buried structure of alien origin activates. Within hours, Khelag-X61 descends into chaos. An alien AI takes control of the network, locks down all exits, and places the colony under absolute quarantine.

You play as a surviving Cosmoldier, trapped in a maze of industrial tunnels and abandoned research facilities, where even the atmosphere itself feels hostile. Security systems no longer respond. Communications are cut. Every corridor is a threat.
