About this game

What this game is, in the developer's words

A tense co-op PvP social deduction game for 3–12 players. Loot by day, survive the night, uncover the werewolves — or become one.

Moon Veil is a co-op PvP social deduction game for 3–12 players, where deception, survival, and paranoia collide.
Each match secretly assigns players to hidden roles — villagers, werewolves, and unique special characters. No one knows who to trust.

Day Phase – Prepare and Suspect

The game begins at dawn.
Players must explore the area, gather loot, and prepare before night falls. Every action matters, because when darkness comes, survival is no longer guaranteed.

Night Phase – Hunt or Hide

As night arrives, some players transform into werewolves.
Villagers must hide, run, and survive, while werewolves stalk the darkness. Fear spreads, alliances crack, and suspicion grows.

Vote Phase – Accuse or Die

At the end of the night, all surviving players gather in the village center.
Through voice chat discussions, accusations fly and players vote to execute who they believe is a werewolf.

  • If the real werewolf is found, villagers gain the upper hand.

  • If the vote is wrong, an innocent villager dies — and the game continues to the next day.

Each match includes a dynamic mix of roles, such as:

  • Villager – Gather, survive, and uncover the truth

  • Sheriff – Investigate and influence votes

  • Werewolf – Deceive, hunt, and manipulate

  • Alchemist – Can see potion attributes that change each game

The number of werewolves scales with player count, ensuring balanced tension in every match.

Voice chat is at the core of the experience.
Convince others of your innocence, spread doubt, or manipulate the truth — because in Moon Veil, words can be deadlier than claws.

Villagers win conditions : ↓

  • They collect enough loot during the day to secure the village before night falls.

  • They successfully identify and eliminate all werewolves through voting.

Werewolves win conditions : ↓

  • They gain a numerical majority in the village before the day ends.

  • They achieve a numerical majority during the voting phase, overpowering the villagers.

Every decision shifts the balance of power — time, trust, and numbers determine who survives.
