在一个本应该无事发生的冬季，幻想乡内各处发生了时空错乱的异变；不同区域的时间流动速度不一样，甚至还有其他时空的事物出现在幻想乡……但异变产生的原因和源头都不得而知，一切都是突如其来的。 不论如何都要解决掉黑幕，让这场异变停下来，要不然幻想乡就乱套了！
【游戏故事】
发生了时间错乱然后灵梦等人前去解决的简单易懂的故事。
登场的家伙们都是一群聪明的笨蛋，因此剧情的推进比想象中还要简单易懂。
不如说因为时间都是错乱的，这个游戏的剧情真的存在逻辑吗？
又是谁因为什么目的而引发的异变呢，这些问题连黑幕本人都不一定清楚（笑）。
因此请不要在意细节，愉快地进行游戏吧！
【操作说明】
这是个要不断回避敌人的弹幕，同时使用各式射击与Spellcard将敌人击破的游戏。
在每一关的最后设有BOSS，将其搞定就可以过关，被其搞定则Game Over。
简单来说，就是beat'n dodge的游戏。
操作方法：
・上下左右（↑↓←→）—— 操纵自机方向（自由自在）
・Shoot键（Ｚ键）—— 射击（充满个性）
・Spell键（Ｘ键）—— 发动符卡（请多多使用）
・Slow键（Shift键）—— 低速移动（冲动就会白给）
・Pause键（Esc键）—— 暂停（犹豫就会败北）
