Organomancer is a dark management simulation set in a grim world where organs are currency, trust is rare, and the law is always closing in. Buy organs from the market, enhance them in your lab, sell them through your contacts or the black market, and manage a web of contacts who each want something from you. One miscalculation, a missed payment, a failed delivery, a police raid and... Everything you've built collapses.

ORGAN MARKET & INVENTORY

The market is your lifeline. Purchase organs, hearts, livers, kidneys, brains, and more! Each defined by type, rarity tier (from Damaged to Experimental), and condition percentage. But organs don't wait for you: they decay over time, losing value with every passing hour. Expand your inventory slots through upgrades. Know when to buy, when to hold, and when to cut your losses.

BLACK MARKET

Sell organs at higher margins, access rare buyers, and upgrade your underground connections but every black market transaction raises your suspicion level. The more you profit, the closer the authorities get. Choose wisely: a single greedy move can trigger a raid.

LABORATORY

Your lab is where garbage becomes gold. Upgrade organ rarity and restore condition through risky medical procedures. Choose between Normal, Risky, and Safe operation modes. Higher risk can yield critical breakthroughs or catastrophic failures that destroy your stock. Unlock organ growing: cultivate entirely new organs from cells and time. Manage upkeep costs carefully! A lab running at full capacity burns through money fast.

ECONOMY & BANKING

Money is oxygen. Open savings, investment, and checking accounts. Take out loans and offer organ collateral for better terms. Pay your operating costs, organization dues, and taxes on time. Fall behind, and penalties stack: frozen accounts, blocked contacts, increased police attention. Track every pound across income, expenses, and net profit. Cash flow management is the difference between empire and ruin.

PATIENTS & REQUESTS

Desperate patients post requests across the city. Each one demands a specific organ type, rarity, and minimum condition. Succeed, and you earn money plus reputation. Fail, and your name loses weight. The Request List grows as your reputation does, offering bigger rewards for harder deliveries. Time is always ticking.

CONTACTS & REPUTATION

You don't survive alone. Build a network of contacts scattered across the city map and each with their own personality, demands, secrets. Complete tasks to earn money and reputation: collect specific organs, deliver rare items under pressure, or handle unusual requests. Gather gossip to uncover hidden opportunities and shifting alliances. Sell organs directly to contacts who have their own buying preferences. But loyalty has a price! Pay your dues on time, or your contacts go silent and your tasks dry up.

POLICE & SUSPICION

The authorities are always watching. Every black market sale, every late tax payment, every risky lab procedure adds to your suspicion meter. Cross the threshold, and investigations begin. Face police encounters with dialogue choices! Bribe them, cooperate, bluff, or stay silent. Each choice carries consequences. A full raid can seize your inventory, freeze your accounts, and shut down your operation. Staying invisible is a skill. Staying profitable while invisible... That's an art!

The world doesn't stand still. Daily news headlines reshape the market: price surges on specific organs, demand spikes from outbreaks, supply drops from crackdowns. A headline about a heart disease epidemic means heart prices skyrocket. if you stocked up, you profit. If you didn't, your competitors will. Read the news. Anticipate the shifts. Adapt or fall behind.

SANDBOX MODE

The world is yours! Choose from difficulty presets; Beginner (extra starting resources, lower police pressure) to Nightmare (minimal funds, aggressive authorities, rapid organ decay) or build a custom game from scratch.

Adjust starting money, cells, reputation, suspicion level, and market difficulty independently. Or activate Creative Mode: unlimited resources, no police, no decay
