Patient No. 26 is an exciting horror game where the player finds himself in the dark world of an abandoned laboratory, where a sinister doctor conducts creepy experiments on his patients. You are patient No. 26 and you are fighting for your life, overcoming the challenges set by a mad doctor.

A sick psychotherapist, gradually sinking into the fathomless depths of his dark fantasies, found a very unusual way of research. He decided to catch victims and keep them in his sinister net to study the behaviors behind the instincts. You are one of those victims who will have the chance to experience the full range of horrors prepared by your new therapist. You have very little time, think or die.
