The Phantom Doctrine - Halloween Scare Tactics DLC provides players with new season content to help celebrate everyone's favorite spooky time of the year.
Halloween Scare Tactics DLC Includes:
- Pumpkin head selectable as a "hat", eyes & mouth lit up from the inside
- Character customization face paint (1 male, 1 female, 3 unisex) with spooky/Halloween motifs
- Halloween decorations throughout the levels in the form of destructible tiny items (the stuff on desks, cupboards, shelves which gets destroyed or scattered by gunfire, running) phones into pumpkin lanterns, document files into horror magazines
- Some permanent objects/decorations swapped: medkits for Halloween packages, whisky for bat-wing liquor, boxes into Halloween boxes etc.
