About This Game

Pixel Canyon is a love letter to classic vertical scrolling shooters like *River Raid*, reimagined with modern mechanics and a narrative heart. Pilot your fighter jet up an infinite, treacherous river canyon, where every meter counts and the only way to survive is to keep moving forward.

Fuel Is Life

Your fuel gauge is constantly ticking down. To stay airborne, you must destroy enemy fuel barges and collect canisters. Flying fast consumes more fuel but covers more distance. Flying slow conserves fuel but leaves you vulnerable. Will you speedrun for the high score or play it safe?

The Graze System

Risk equals reward. Fly dangerously close to enemy ships, bullets, notice canyon walls to "Graze" them. Grazing regenerates your Energy and Fuel, allowing you to unleash powerful special weapons without relying on pickups.

Story Mode

Join the Sky Ghosts to reclaim their homeland from "Thered" invasion. Fly as ace pilot Akane, alongside veterans Jane and Leona, with support from mechanic Nao. Experience a 24-level campaign full of banter, drama, and intense boss battles.

Arsenal & Tactics

Unlock and master a variety of weapons to suit your playstyle:

• Double & Spread Shot: For crowd control.

• Homing Missiles: For precision strikes.

• Flak Cannon: For devastating close-range damage.

• Overheat Mechanic: Push your thrusters to the limit to escape danger, but watch your heat gauge—an overheated engine means you're a sitting duck.
