Bu Guai
The protagonist of the game, Bu Guai, is an average individual who struggled to find a job due to the economic downturn after the disaster. She was later introduced by He Xi, a senior executive at the project's headquarters, to work as a technician at the construction site. As for why He Xi treats Bu Guai so well, explaining it solely with charisma seems a bit far-fetched.
Chen Qingshan
After the great flood, the online records of many people were destroyed, and Chen Qingshan was among them. Almost no one knows what his qualifications are, yet he managed to secure this job quite effortlessly.
He Xi
A leader at the project's headquarters, He Xi is somehow very familiar with Bu Guai and easily became friends with her, as if they had been friends for a lifetime.
