What this game is, in the developer's words
Presence is a turn based, randomly generated, rogue-lite. Fight your way through enemies using a strategic combat system, gaining loot and power along the way. Use this to explore deeper, uncovering the dark secrets behind this bizarre false world.
Presence is a Tile based Roguelike. Explore the world, fight in an engaging turn based combat system. and uncover the hidden truth behind Presence.
A large portion of the game involves fighting enemies you come across. This is done in a tile based, and turn based combat system. As you explore it will seamlessly transition to combat. Decide what you want your characters to do: fight, move, use a powerful ability? Just remember, the enemies may have access to strong abilities as well.
Every time you start the game a unique level is generated. This makes for a unique adventure every time you play, as every time new maps will appear that you haven't seen before.
As you explore you may come across friendly characters. Ask them to join you and expand your party. Who knows, they may even have secrets of their own for you to uncover.
