Sailaway comes with 2 basic boats (a 38' cruiser and the small Nordic Folkboat). The rest of the boats are made by other sailors like you and are sold separately by them. This also applies to most of the boats you see in these pictures and videos.
Compete in races organized by virtual sailing clubs. Sail on boats designed by fellow sailors. Trim your sails for the best performance.
Face the biggest storms, circumnavigate the globe or make that journey you always wanted to make. Push yourself to become a better sailor.
Not everything is about better, faster. Enjoy a comforting and relaxing experience. Sail at your own pace, in the part of the world you like best. All alone, with friends or with other like minded people. Sailors will relate to each other wherever you go.
Learn astronavigation with the build-in sextant. Experiment with finding the best sail trim by using the visualization of air flow along the sails. Learn navigation with the buoys and other seamarks that are all present on the map and in the world.
Design your own boat, create your own digital or analog instruments. Or create your own hardware set up with the build-in library of blocks, shackles and winches. Make the world a better place by creating ports and docks. Plant trees. Place 3d models of iconic lighthouses. Make tutorials for other sailors.
