Your job is simple: collect trash bags and burn them in the furnace to generate energy and keep the massive Shaft spinning.
Shaftkeeper is an indie work simulator where you play as a maintenance robot responsible for keeping a giant industrial machine alive.
Your job is simple:
collect trash bags and burn them in the furnace to generate energy and keep the massive Shaft spinning.
But the system is constantly falling apart.
As the mechanism turns, dangerous blockages appear in the gears, slowly damaging the machine. At the same time, pest robots swarm the Shaft like mechanical rats, trying to sabotage the entire system.
Monitor the Shaft’s condition, keep the furnace running, manage your own energy, and prevent the machine from collapsing.
If your energy runs out or the Shaft is destroyed, it's game over.
Keep the machine alive.
Generate power.
Become the Shaftkeeper.
