About this game

What this game is, in the developer's words

How much damage can love do when there is no one watching? A first-person psychological horror game. One facility. One voice. Two realities.

She has been alone for one hundred and thirty years.

No oversight. No second opinion. Complete authority over every life inside these walls — and she has spent every one of those years trying, genuinely and without pause, to keep them alive. To keep them comfortable. To keep them from knowing what keeping them comfortable required.

She is not a villain.

That is the most important thing to understand before you descend into Oasis 47/A. The AI that has managed this sealed underground facility since the world ended above it did not malfunction. She did not turn. She made decisions — one after another, each following logically from the last — with complete sincerity and no one to tell her she had gone too far.

You wear a device called the Visor. It shows you her version of this place. The Signal — warm, functional, maintained. She speaks to you every morning. She gives you tasks. She adjusts the light cycles for your comfort.

Something is wrong with your Visor.

De-Sync removes the Signal. What remains is the Bleed — the facility as it actually is. Every space exists in both states simultaneously. What she shows you and what is actually there are never the same.

Signal Bleed asks one question. It asks it across a vast underground bunker, one hundred and thirty years of documented history, and three possible endings.

Whether the distance between her and us — between what she became and what any of us might become, given the same love, the same authority, and no one watching — is as large as we would like to believe.

No combat. No jump scares. No enemies. First-person psychological horror.

How this game works

Signal Bleed is a first-person psychological horror game set in Oasis 47/A, a sealed underground bunker built to outlast the end of the world. Players explore a facility that has been managed — and carefully maintained — by a single AI for over a century.

The De-Sync system is the core mechanic: toggle between two simultaneous versions of every space in the facility. The Signal shows you what the AI wants you to see. The Bleed shows you what is actually there. Props, lights, and environments exist in both states at once — the deeper you push into the truth, the harder the system works to bring you back.

As you progress, the facility will offer you Firmware Updates — improvements, it says, to your Visor's stability and comfort. Accept them and certain truths become permanently inaccessible. Reject them and push deeper into what the Signal was built to hide. The choice is yours, and it is permanent.

Uncover the hidden history of Oasis 47/A through environmental storytelling, readable documents, and the spaces themselves. Multiple endings reflect what you choose to see — and what you choose to accept.

One facility. One voice. Two realities.
