One day, YOU, the player, are busy doing laundry, when SUDDENLY you lose one of your socks… and get sucked in by an interdimensional portal (as one does). You then arrive in Sockhalla, the land of sentient socks, where you’re immediately greeted by none other than… SOCKRATES!

Sockrates explains how he accidentally Isekai’d you into this world by drinking too much laundry detergent (yes, for once it wasn’t Truck-kun). As it turns out, Sockrates made a bet with his buddy Aristockle that he could, in fact, open an interdimensional portal, and, well… here you are!

Your goal is now to explore Sockhalla, talk to all ten seduceable socks, and find your missing sock, your… SOLEMATE, if you will – to then go back to Sockrates and reopen the portal.

Quirky Visual Novel & RPG Elements

The Sock Dating Simulator is a visual novel satire with some RPG elements.

DA MAP – Explore Sockhalla and unlock new areas of the map, like the Dune section with a t-shirt sandworm (we are dead serious this will be in the final game).

DA WAE – Go on quests to help out NPCs, unlock more areas, get items, or simply to woo and impress the sock of your dreams.

MY DRESS-UP DARLAINE – Customize your sock and choose stereotypically masculine or feminine characteristics... OR BOTH AT ONCE!

FINAL DESTINATIONS – Choose from a wide range of possible endings (3 endings per character), with the occasional twist here and there depending on if your solemate is a serial killer, a Daddy or a Loli.

HEAR ME OUT – Learn how to seduce the sock that leaves you on “read” by choosing between a variety of options and becoming the most rizzful of them all.

DANK MEMES – Interact with a host of very questionable NPCs who love throwing out obscure Internet references that would get us cancelled if investors weren’t all over the age of 45.

CAPITALISM – Play some (non-boring we promise) mini-games and earn some cold hard CASH to seduce your sockxy socknificant other.

DA LORE – Try this game for the lulz only to find out that the lore is actually surprisingly complex, with the socks having actual religions, celebrities, and most importantly, racism!
