What this game is, in the developer's words
A charity DLC pack involving a short new scene in the San Diego area. ALL PROFITS GO TOWARD A ROTATION OF SERVICES: SOUTHERN POVERTY LAW CENTER, WATER.ORG, AND CAN'T DO NOTHING.
Includes one simple quest where you can piss off, pester, and annoy a Nazi relentlessly. Repeatedly.
To retrieve this quest, go to the Church of Humanity's Right at the San Diego Convention Center. The guest of dishonor also shows up outside if you are involved in one of the Church of Humanity quests.
