This is a simplified version of Tai Chi more fit for American people than traditional Tai Chi, which is more attuned to the Asian mind. Instead of Peng, Lu, Ji, and An as the four main energies, they are Water, Wind, Fire, and Ground/Earth. There is a quick calm mode, where you can just listen.
This app has 9 energy postures which simplify tai chi. You can do it sitting, standing, stepping, or lying down just listening to relax. Every 30 seconds a new posture is presented by the avatar which looks like George Washington. You do the posture, relax, then get ready for the next posture. The app helps your balance, strength, posture, and energy flow.
There are also some other meditations and videos which go along with the main movement meditation and enhance your experience using the main movement meditation feature of the app.
