As a result of the global financial crisis of 2008, Lorena made the decision to emigrate to the large and wealthy city of São Paulo in order to find work to help her family. During her stay at Terminal 81, Lorena learns that a group of young women have been kidnapped. Upon exploring the neighborhood and meeting its inhabitants, she realizes that the reality of Terminal 81 is much darker than it seems. What seemed like a simple Latin American neighborhood, with all the bad things that this entails, it is a dangerous area dominated by a mysterious "criminal organization" that carries out murders, prostitution, and human trafficking.
