原黑手党的龙马金盆洗手，在中华街开了一家餐馆。但是经营餐馆的过程中却面临着许多难题。龙马是否能够实现好不容易找到的梦想？一场餐馆的生存喜剧就此开始。
在浩瀚无垠的宇宙中，有一个名为胖鸟星的星球，这是一个由许多文化许多国家组成的世界。故事发生在一个繁荣的商业城市，这里经常有帮派组织为了抢夺资源而大打出手。在众多帮派中最为有名的就是“锯鲨”和“滚地雷”。
帮派组织“滚地雷”的得力干将龙马是个打架战无不胜的谈判专家。那一晚，在打倒来挑事的对手后，龙马在中华街的某个地摊遇到了一位传奇厨师。从没有好好吃饭的龙马在品尝过老厨师的美味料理之后，决定金盆洗手，去老厨师那里当学徒。然而，那一晚却是老厨师在中华街摆摊的最后一晚。
多年之后，金盆洗手的龙马厨艺略有长进。于是他来到了以前老厨师摆摊的地方，在那里开起了一家餐馆，并邀请老厨师再次出山当他们店的主厨。老厨师回应了他的邀请，然而当龙马准备好欢迎老厨师的到来时，来到这里的竟是……

龙马
人称龙哥。原黑手党，现已金盆洗手。在中华街开了一家餐馆。
小鱼
全名年有鱼。脾气不好的大厨。个子矮小，经常用凳子垫脚。代替高血压的爷爷来餐馆里当主厨。
如意
全名万如意。原本是个白领，辞职后变漂亮了，但也没钱交房租。在龙马的餐馆当了看板娘。
阿广
全名柴广进。一个没有存在感的伙计。原本是龙马的小弟。因为没有存在感，在组织里没活干，于是来龙马的餐馆当伙计。
